DIRECTOR OF NURSING
The Virginia Health and Rehabilitation Center is a friendly and charming 105 bed SNF residence, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Waukesha. This facility is perfect for short-term rehabilitation as well as longer stays, to suit individual needs. Our impressive record of quality surveys directly relate to our high integrity and excellent care!
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Director of Nursing who has a passion for our business. Strong leadership skills and a positive staff relations history are important to us.

Required Skills
WI RN lic, Leadership/management exp. clinical expertise regulatory and financial management, positive staff relations, customer service skills, exp. in LTC, excellent communications and passion for seniors.
Required Experience
2+ years long term care or acute experience, leadership and management exp required.
